Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for TCL Mobile phones in the assigned area.
  • Identify and establish relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs and showcasing our product offerings.
  • Plan and execute regular visits to retailers to promote products, provide training, and gather market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute product promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Handle retailer inquiries and concerns professionally, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.

Qualifications

  • A Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand and address retailer
  • needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
  • Valid Riding license and access to personal transportation.
